All payments for services must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through our secure and encrypted payment gateway, ensuring a 100% safe transaction experience. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.
Growaar reserves to right to share design work on digital channels including social media, website, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client reserves the right to issue an NDA between themselves and Growaar, which in turn would void the right of Growaar to share or discuss Client's work publicly.
Our packages include a certain number of revisions, as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Upon final payment, you will own the rights to the final landing page design. However, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Growaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws worldwide. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to, data protection regulations and consumer rights laws.
The client is solely responsible for all data transmitted to or that relates to any activity undertaken using the website. Growaar shall have no liability to the client for any loss or corruption of any such data, and the client hereby waives any right of action against Growaar from any such loss or corruption.
